Trials
Why book a trial?
It gives us a chance to meet, discuss your style and try out your bridal glam. Trials aren't mandatory, but they are recommended — having one means being a step ahead. You can even use your trial look for a photoshoot or your rehearsal dinner.
How long does a trial take?
Allow an hour and a half to two hours.
How far out should I book my trial?
We recommend 3–5 months before your wedding day. If you wait until the last minute we may not be able to fit you in, since we are continuously scheduled.
When are you available for trials?
Mostly weekdays.
How should I get ready for my trial?
A clean, bare face and inspiration photos — that would mean the world to us. Also a white t-shirt or shirt, to simulate a white dress.
Booking
Do you require a retainer to book?
Yes — you can save your date with a retainer, and the sooner the better: that way you're a priority in our agenda. Holding off can result in unintentionally losing the day and our team as your vendor.
Are travel fees included?
Travel fees are quoted separately based on your getting-ready location — tell us where you'll be and we'll include it in your personal proposal.
Wedding day
How much time should I allow for makeup and hair?
Allow an hour and a half for your makeup and an hour and a half for your hair.
How early should we be in the getting-ready room?
To avoid delays between services, we recommend you and your best friends be present from the beginning — we serve one by one, so time flows without waiting for anyone.
