Terms and Conditions

This agreement is made between the "Client" and Mich and Beauty Team, hereinafter referred to as the "Artist".

Services

The Artist agrees to provide hair styling and bridal and/or social makeup services for the Client's wedding day/event. The specific services to be provided will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before the day of the wedding/event. Any additional service to the contracted bridal package or individual services (such as makeup touch-ups and/or service for bridesmaids, family and friends) must be scheduled in advance, since their realization is subject to Artist availability.

Quality of Cosmetics and Professionalism

The Artist uses high-quality cosmetics and guarantees that the products and tools used in the provision of hair and makeup services are hygienic and safe for professional use. The Artist agrees to provide hair styling and makeup services with professionalism and experience to guarantee the Client's satisfaction.

Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Artist the full fee for the hair and makeup services to be provided. A non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure the date of the services to be contracted. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the wedding/event in cash before services begin.

Returns and Cancellations

If the Client cancels the Artist's services, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs with less than 20 days before the wedding day, the Client will be responsible for paying the remaining balance in full. If the Artist cancels the services due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in its entirety to the Client.

Provider Access Fee

In the event that the services are provided at a hotel, the Client shall be responsible for the timely payment of any charges imposed by the hotel on external providers. Failure to make timely payment of these fees may result in the Artist's team being denied access to the venue or a delay in the start time.

Workplace

The Client agrees to provide a well-lit and climate-controlled location to ensure excellent results during the provision of hair and makeup services.

Preparation for Professional Hairstyling and Makeup

The Client agrees to arrive with a clean face and dry hair on the day of the wedding. If the Artist needs to dry the Client's hair, an additional fee will be added to the total fee. If there is a dermatological condition to consider or any allergies to beauty products, the Artist is not responsible for side effects caused by allergies to products that were not disclosed or known.

Changes

The Client may add extra services to those contracted based on the Artist's availability. Changes to increase services will be accepted, but not reductions, due to the Artist's prior scheduling.

Use of Images

The Client authorizes the Artist to use images and photographs of the before and after of the hair and makeup services provided at the wedding/event for use on social media, advertising, and promotion of the Artist's work, unless the Client indicates otherwise.

Artist's Responsibilities

The Artist commits to providing professional hair and makeup services for the Client on the day of the wedding/event.
